Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This DPA is between Pleb.Works (“Controller”) and you (“Data Subject”). It governs processing of personal data under our services and BTCPay Server.

Flashing & Optional Software: Data Handling

Any flashing or software installation occurs only at provisioning. Post-delivery, we have no telemetry, analytics, or access—your Device is entirely under your control.

Behavior of Pre-Installed Applications

Bitcoin Core and ckpool run solely on your Device, do not transmit usage data to pleb.works, and communicate only with the P2P network or your chosen pool servers.

Your Post-Delivery Control & Responsibility

You must manually apply updates, secure blockchain data, wallet files, and pool logs. Pleb.Works disclaims all liability for post-delivery maintenance, security failures, or unauthorized access.

Release & Acknowledgment

By accessing or using Pleb.Works’ website or services, you acknowledge that Pleb.Works and its developers, engineers, administrators, and team members (collectively “Pleb.Works”) have acted and continue to act in good faith and to the best of their honest ability in providing a Bitcoin-only service.

You further agree that all statements, terms, and policies are provided “as-is,” and that if any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall stay in full force and effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby unconditionally release, waive, and forever discharge Pleb.Works and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating in any way to your use of the website or services or to any statements, omissions, or inaccuracies in these Terms or Privacy Policy, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
