This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into between Pleb.Works (“Controller”) and the user (“Data Subject”). This DPA governs the processing of personal data in connection with your use of Pleb.Works services and its payment processor, the self-hosted BTCPay Server.
Personal Data collected by Pleb.Works is processed solely for order fulfillment, payment processing through BTCPay Server, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.
BTCPay Server is a self-hosted, open-source Bitcoin payment processor. It processes Bitcoin payment information (including Bitcoin addresses, transaction IDs, and invoice data) to securely facilitate payments. BTCPay Server does not collect or share personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for transaction processing.
Pleb.Works and BTCPay Server implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
You have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your Personal Data as applicable under local laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Please contact support@pleb.works to exercise these rights.
